Frequently Asked Questions
Our public Goat Yoga events are usually 90 minutes total, with 60 minutes dedicated to the guided class with baby goats followed by additional time afterwards to interact, take photos, and play with our furry friends 🐐.
For private, corporate, or campus events, timing can be customized based on your schedule and event needs.
We recommend bringing your own yoga mat to any of our classes or events if you have one. A towel, water, and any personal yoga props you enjoy using are also encouraged. We typically have a limited number of mats available for rent at public events on a first-come, first-served basis for $5 (cash or Venmo).
Yes! Our Goat and Puppy Yoga experiences are designed to be a lighthearted and beginner friendly Vinyasa Yoga class where baby animals wonder around reminding participants to not take themselves so seriously!
Classes focus on non-judgemental movement, stress relief, and fun - not perfection. Modifications (and rest) are always offered, making it a great option for mixed-experience groups.
Yes! Many of the venues we work with are kid-friendly, and we welcome children ages 6 and up to attend with the presence and supervision of a legal adult.
Most, if not all, of our Goat Yoga events include the 60 minute class, plus 30 additional minutes for participants to interact, pet and take pictures with the goats PLUS a complimentary beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options) from the brewery/venue.
Yes. All participants must complete a liability waiver prior to participation. If attending a public event with us, please arrive at least 15 min. prior to the start of the event to comlete this.
For corporate and campus events, waivers can be completed electronically in advance or on-site, depending on the event setup.
Absolutely! BreakAway Yoga specializes in private, corporate, and campus events, including:

• Student activities & orientation events
• Stress-relief or finals week programming
• Special celebrations or appreciation events
Private experiences (including corporate and campus events) typically book 4–8 weeks in advance, though availability may vary. We recommend reaching out early, especially during peak seasons (Spring, Summer & Fall).

Yes! Our Aerial Yoga classes are open to beginners and all experience levels. Each class is thoughtfully designed with progressions and modifications so you can move at a pace that feels supportive and accessible. No prior aerial or yoga experience is required—just a willingness to try something new and have fun in the air.
We can make almost any location work as long as it is large enough to hold the people attending and secure enough to contain the baby animals (if applicable).
We’ll happily provide guidance on:

• Grass vs. turf vs. indoor options
• Access, fencing, and setup logistics
