BreakAway Yoga is led by me, Jennifer Lucas, and represents the culmination of decades I’ve dedicated to fitness and wellness. With experience teaching group fitness and leading programs and teams for companies like Life Time Fitness, Lululemon, Wanderlust Yoga Festivals, and Bally Total Fitness, I’ve also collaborated with studios, corporate wellness programs, colleges, and community organizations — building a career centered on movement, education, accessibility, and meaningful connection.

After closing a brick-and-mortar studio, community demand inspired me to transform BreakAway Yoga into a mobile, community-centered experience — taking yoga and fitness beyond traditional studio walls and directly into the spaces where people live, work, and gather. From workplaces and college campuses to breweries, outdoor venues, and private events, each experience is tailored, approachable, and designed to reduce intimidation, foster connection, and promote well-being in an inclusive, welcoming environment.

My approach blends professional expertise with a personal touch. I focus on education, self-trust, and empowerment — delivered with support and a touch of humor in settings that encourage participation without pressure. Whether working with corporate teams, students, or private groups, my goal is to help people feel more connected, confident, and at home within themselves and with others.

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with numerous organizations and individuals, delivering classes and events that are inclusive, approachable, and designed to have meaningful impact. The evolution of BreakAway Yoga reflects a commitment to values-driven growth: prioritizing quality, flexibility, and authentic connection over traditional studio boundaries.

Today, BreakAway Yoga is mobile, professional, and deeply personal — bringing intentional movement, connection, and empowerment to every community I serve.
