About the event
Classes will have a combination of vinyasa and restorative poses in each experience.
No experience necessary. Open to all levels with options and encourage to modify and do whatever you can!
If you have a mat and props, please bring them. If you are sensitive to cooler temps, please feel free to also bring a blanket.
Mats and props will be provided in a first come, first serve basis (up to 20 guests).
Class will take place on the 1st level, between Cellaxs & The Perfect Gift. Please park in the parking lot between JC Penney and Boscov.
