About the event
- Classes will have a combination of vinyasa and restorative poses in each experience.
- No experience necessary. Open to all levels with options and encourage to modify and do whatever you can!
- If you have a mat and props, please bring them! Mats and props will be provided in a first come, first serve basis (up to 20 guests).
- Class will take place on the 1st level, between Cellaxs & The Perfect Gift.
