HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR CLASSES?
I create classes with the intent of encouraging a practice of self-study. An opportunity to turn inwards and listen, a time to let go of external attachments beyond the body and breath, and hopefully - find clarity by witnessing the spaces behind our busy thoughts. Restorative yoga really opens the doors for many to experience all this.
WHAT IS YOUR "WHY"? WHY DO YOU TEACH? WHY DO YOU PRACTICE?
The practice of yoga in all its 8 limbs radically changed my life. Initially, I was drawn to the physical movement but ultimately, it’s the continuous self-study and emotional empowerment that I became dedicated to. I teach to help others cultivate a deeper knowing and understanding of themselves.
LITTLE KNOWN FACT ABOUT ME.
My favorite movie is “Grease 2”. I watched it every afternoon after school for more years than I am willing to admit. Cool rider 4 ever!
