Encouraging space to explore new concepts and support connecting with the inner self. Always practicing aparigraha, the practice of letting go of expectations, stressors, and judgements.
WHAT IS YOUR "WHY"? WHY DO YOU TEACH? WHY DO YOU PRACTICE?
I teach yoga because I want to share a practice that has made such a positive impact in my own life. I love to support others on their own journey through sharing new ideas, concepts, and practices. Yoga has most importantly taught me the importance of non attachment and letting go. It has helped to support the habits needed to create a healthy lifestyle and is constantly teaching me more about myself. Yoga creates a quiet place within myself to lessen the stress of daily life. The practice of yoga has taught me so much and I hope to connect with others through teaching and sharing these practices.
