HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR CLASSES?
My classes make you not just challenge yourself physically, but mentally. I like to "take you to church" while on your mat so you can notice your breath and observe your thoughts and reactions to them! My goal is to have you come face to face and break through old beliefs so you can find the TRUE YOU that lies inside underneath of what you THOUGHT you believed!
WHAT IS YOUR "WHY"? WHY DO YOU TEACH? WHY DO YOU PRACTICE?
I suffer from anxiety and ever since yoga came into my life, it has made me aware of how much my mind, thoughts and experiences from the past have navigated, and not in the best way, how I live! Yoga to me has nothing to do with the poses or asanas. It is an "observation" practice that helps create a stronger relationship with myself which ultimately helps cultivate better connections with others.
LITTLE KNOWN FACT ABOUT ME.
I'll give you 3. I love N'Sync (and I have no shame is saying it - Team JC forever). I could live on tater tots and sushi. I lived in Los Angeles years ago with dreams of becoming a famous actress.
