HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR CLASSES?
My classes are geared towards creating accessible poses through a multitude of props including, bolsters, blocks, straps, chairs and blankets. I encourage you to meet and honor where your body is each time you are on the mat. My goal is to have you relax, release and find a sense of ease in each pose.
WHAT IS YOUR "WHY"? WHY DO YOU TEACH? WHY DO YOU PRACTICE?
I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. As someone who lives with anxiety, yoga has made such a huge impact on my life. I want to share those benefits with other people. As I have gotten older, some poses have become less accessible and that is OK. My goal is to normalize the use of props creating a practice that feels good within the body. Yoga asana is accessible for everyone!
