My classes are upbeat, yet provide a meditative aspect of checking in with your thoughts and breath throughout class. I enjoy offering a hot power flow that offers a great sweat that still withholds self reflection.
WHAT IS YOUR "WHY"? WHY DO YOU TEACH? WHY DO YOU PRACTICE?
I teach to offer a space for people to show up to to be their most authentic selves. I want my students to be able to bring whatever is going on in their lives onto the mat and know that they are in a judgement free space, no matter how they are feeling that day.
LITTLE KNOWN FACT ABOUT ME.
A fun fact about me is that I am a vegan! I love animals and being vegan is a huge part of my life when it comes to representing non-violence for all living beings. I’ve been living this lifestyle for almost three years and I absolutely love it.
