WHAT IS YOUR "WHY"? WHY DO YOU TEACH? WHY DO YOU PRACTICE?
I became a teacher to help others heal their mind and body through movement. We create our own dance that no one else can create as we move through our flow and our life. This dance is a beautiful unique creation. Each MOVEMENT is a celebration and unique creation. Teaching helped me love and appreciate my body in a whole new way that has nothing to do with sexuality. This has been enlightening and freeing.
