WHAT IS YOUR "WHY"? WHY DO YOU TEACH? WHY DO YOU PRACTICE? 

I’ve always been a coach for others just without the title.  Teaching yoga was a natural step for me once I discovered and fell in love with the practice!  I love to encourage and empower others on their mats!  For myself, I practice as a form of self care for my mental health.  I feel better and am more kind when I practice.


LITTLE KNOWN FACT ABOUT ME.

I love the water! Wave jumping, paddle boarding, and chilling at the beach are a few of my favorite things.
