HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR CLASSES?
Barre is a fun and low-impact way to strengthen your muscles using light resistance and small range movements. During this class, we will use light weights, a pilates ball, and an off the barre - barre - to enhance our movement sequences. This workout is a total body workout that works every muscle group, head to toe. I always incorporate fun, heart-pumping playlists during class to elevate the workout and to make it fun!
